Administrative disputes are cases of appeal against regulatory legal acts affecting the rights and legitimate interests of persons in the field of business and other economic activity, cases of appeal against nonregulatory legal acts relating to specific organizations, cases of appeal against decisions and actions (inaction) of state bodies, local self-government bodies, officials, cases of bringing legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to administrative responsibility in connection with their business activity, cases on recovery of mandatory payments and sanctions from persons engaged in business activities, etc.
