Ligro Attorneys at Law was established a decade ago by attorneys D. Diomin and Y. Demchenko. They aimed to create a law firm with a modern approach to service delivery. In August 2014, the company was named Litigation Group. This name refers to the main area of the law firm's activity - litigation. As part of its organic growth and transition to the international level, the company rebranded as LIGRO. The new brand name was chosen to incorporate best practices from the legal sector. Today, LIGRO is a team of professionals who specialize in high-profile cases, including commercial, corporate, criminal, and civil proceedings. They provide legal advice to international companies and participate in the development of regulations for government agencies. We have experience in resolving complex issues of Ukrainian and international law, effectively protecting and defending the rights and interests of our clients in various courts of all instances and international arbitrations (ICA at the Ukrainian CCI and VIAC)

Denys has over 10 years of legal experience and is a practicing lawyer. He is also one of the founding partners of LIGRO. Additionally, he is an active lawmaker and has co-authored several significant bills for the Ukrainian legal field. Before establishing the law firm, Mr. Dyomin served as a senior associate in litigation at a prominent Ukrainian law firm. He represented both foreign and domestic clients in general jurisdiction courts, as well as in arbitration and arbitration courts. His practice centers on representing and defending clients in criminal, civil, commercial, and administrative cases, including those involving economic and white-collar crimes, crimes against property, public order, and morality. Denys handles disputes related to commercial contracts, real estate, corporate rights, loans, ways to secure them, family relations, violations of customs and tax laws, and protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation.
