IV. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

4. 1 The Contractor undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the information provided by the Customer as part of the provision of legal assistance, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Advocacy and Advocacy" and other norms of the current legislation of Ukraine.

4.2 The Contractor processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" (hereinafter - the Law) in order to fulfill the terms of this Agreement.

4.3 By using this site, in particular, to pay for the legal assistance provided, the Customer gives the Contractor consent to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the Law.

4.4 Processing of personal data includes, but is not limited to: collection, storage, use, systematization, transfer (in cases provided by law) and destruction of personal data.

4.5 Personal data may include: Surname, first name, patronymic of the Customer, contact details, details of documents that are necessary for the performance of the contract, as well as other data provided by the Law.

4.6 The Customer's personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of the contract on the provision of legal assistance, maintaining contact with the Customer for proper cooperation, and fulfilling the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, including tax legislation.

4.7 The contractor undertakes:

4.7.1 Guarantee the security of the Customer's personal data by using technical and organizational protection measures.

4.7.2 Not to disclose personal data to third parties without the Customer's consent, except in cases provided by law.

4.8 The customer has the right to:

4.8.2 Request correction, deletion of your personal data in case of their inaccuracy or processing in violation of the law.

4.8.3 To withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, which automatically terminates the Executor's fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement and the agreement on the provision of legal assistance, with the exception of obligations provided for by law.

4.9 Any information received by the Contractor from the Customer in the process of providing legal assistance is considered confidential and protected in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

4.10. The performer has the right to use personal data to clarify his activities in the mass media and to publish such data, in particular, but not exclusively, on the web page ligro.kiev.ua.

4.11 Confidential information may be transferred to third parties only with the written consent of the Customer or on the basis of mandatory requirements of the law.

4.12 The Contractor has the right to use anonymized data obtained in the process of providing legal assistance for statistical, analytical or marketing purposes, if such data make it impossible to identify the Customer.
